i just wanted to see some good two tone paint job's. i have a two tone my self, red and black on my 82 berlinetta. thanks guys

This is a paint job I did out of my garage about 3 years ago, and still looks like this.

Those grilles should be coming in soon to complete the body

 

Originally when my car came out of the factory it was two-tone.Ive always wanted to see what my cars factory color looked like.Hopefully someone will post in this thread a car with these same paint codes.
Savagevulcan,youre car is sweet.I think the black croslaces would look bad ***.But did you ever get youre nose grilles?

Thanks for the compliments. I havent seen too many white and black thirdgens so when it came time to paint i kept with the original scheme and i like how it has come out so far. I think it will look even better with those crosslaces i have ordered though
82knightrider: i just ordered the grilles from hawks last week. I looked around and that was the only place i could find them. The weather over here really beats on those grilles i guess.

 

82 knightrider...where do i find the codes that list the paint sceme.....on the car....and...on the internet?

The codes are located on the radiator shroud in plain view.I took a pic of it and posted here on tgo and someone helped tell me what they mean.

That is a nice 1982 T/A. I see it has original tires on it. Amazing I love the white/black.

thanks 82firebirdTA. It's amazing that my dad just parked it after the clutch stuck. 12 years later, his son is looking for a car and there is a nice 82 Trans Am with 22,000 miles sitting in the garage. After replacing the clutch disc, resealing the gas tank and getting a new sender unit it runs like new

I also like your car too. especially the silver and black one with the black GTA's. I think that is just about nicest combination for two tones.

I think you were talking about my car? Nonetheless.. here's some red interior. I like that sunset orange/silver color combo! I like my color combo alright though, I haven't really seen any like mine round here before.

 

I like this picture too. To bad there's the house infront of the car. A super straight stretch of road in the desert would have been cool!
