Last night I was coming home from my friends house and a deer ran out in front of me and I hit it pretty good w/ the front end of my car. It bowed the hood down over the headlights on the drivers side and bent in the drivers side front fender. On the bright side this gives me an excuse to upgrade my hood. I'm thinking of getting a hood off of a 92Z. I'm pretty sure it'll go right on there w/ no probs. I just need to know how much I should expect to pay for one as apposed to just getting a regular Camaro hood. I'm thinking I could get one at a boneyard pretty cheap, plus I have a friend w/ several conections. But on avg how much should I expect to pay?

It will go on without any probs.Check your other post on a couple sites where to find one,and you can check on the prices there also.

 

hell, why dont you just but a SS style hood or a cowl, i like the 92Z hood and all, but when i replace my 86 hood im buyin a SS style.

I just put a s.s. hood on mine. It looks great. I will never go with any thing less.
