Hey I need some help finding what year this spoiler is. I think its an 83 off of an trans am but I don’t know. If you could help I would appreciate it a lot.

The rear spoiler on that car was used on the Trans Am for the 82 to 85 model years. Then it was use again from 86 to 92 on the firebird only. Keep in mind that the 82 to 86 years have no provision for a third brake light, but the 87 to 92 does. Hope that helps.

i dont know what year its from but i see them all the time on later models (86-88 for sure) So i couldn't tell ya.

 

some sunbird spoilers look like that too. dont know if they are the same width tho

 

It could come on the '86 T/A's also.

 

I am pretty sure they are skinnier. both of my 94 Sunbirds had spoilers on them and the car is not as wide as an F-Body.
