I was thinking about putting a hood scoop off of a 1980 (I think) Z28 on a stock firebird hood I have. I really like the power bulge hood on the birds but mine is beyond repair and they are getting hard to come by so I was thinking about putting that scoop on a stock hood. How do you guys think it would look and does anybody have any pics of one on a thirdgen bird? I also have one off of a 1978 Z28 thats basicly the same design but is recessed and has a forward facing air inlet. Not sure how that one would flow with the lines of the thirdgen bird tho any pics of one on a bird would be appriciated also
