To all those w/ white cars....HELP!!!

Hey everyone this is my first post. Any-who the problem is that my camaro's paint is okay but the areas around the sides of the hood and and doors are rittled with oily handprints and no mater what I do i cant get rid of them. It is driving me nuts. Have any of yall dealt with this and if so what did you do? Any info is greatly apreciated.

Alcohol does. Put it on a rag and rub it out, then wax it, because it will dull the color until you wax it again.

I just have a quick question

Say your car was on a dolly and the surface paint from the dolley rubbed onto the front bumpers clear. I bought some rubbing compound and a buffer. Should this get it off? Then wax to bring out the shine again
