91-92 rim cleaning?
I wanted to know how do you guys clean those rims?
on my car i got some type of clearcoat or something pealing off my rim
Its nasty looking and yellow. and can i polish them?

I had a huge problem with my rims (they're painted white) and I picked up some Eagle One MAG Cleaner. It cleaned them and they're pure white again. I thought I was going to have to repaint them because they were stained. WRONG lol

The rims (most, but not all) were painted body color inside all of the hard to get to spots. If you don't like this look and like the polished look better, airplane stripper works great, and the paint comes off like nothing after it sits for a while.

try wetsanding with 2000 and it should take the top oxidized layer off... if that doesnt work strip them down and polish them or you can just throw another clear on them yourself
