The Springs are in

Well I finished my spring install it only took 2 12hr days and 1 3hr day. Why so long you ask heres the story. First lost lock key found old stripped lock key. Got 1 wheel off then it stripped all the way went to an exhaust shop to have key fixed with some weld then I install the front springs wrong. Removed front springs again put them in right. Then when removing the rear wheels i snapped a stud in half. Then the new spring didn’t want to seat in the perch used a pry bar to get them seated. Now I have 3 lugs on 1 wheel in the rear. But heres the end results.

Get that fixed FAST. I had a wheel rip off my car while I was driving down the road because my friend forgot to tighten all the lugs and 2 came off.

They are Eibach Sportline. As far as the lugs they are ordered already and arrive tomorrow. I have to get an alignment done Friday cause it will drift a little to the right not hard but enough that I have to hold it straight.

Yea other than the smaller tires (275/60 to 255/60) it did not change really. The stock springs were so worn out I sat them next to the Sportlines and the Sportlines were longer.

Your car looks great. I love my sportlines. You will love the way these springs behave when you are pushing your car. The response is great.

I got them off the classifieds on this site for $190 shipped. Dropzones are also supposed to be good and they usually run 100 shipped to your door. You can also get Sportlines from Tirerack for 195 + shipping that beats the hell outta Summit or Jeg’s.
