Wax, Polish Recommendations
what is the difference between wax and polish? should wax go on first then polish?...I've also heard of a wax that is suppose to givew your car a really deep shine, but I've yet to find this...any recommendations? thank

Definitely read up on autopia.org, it's a fantastic site. But just to answer your question: polish goes before wax. Polish removes the dull top layer of your paint to reveal the like-new color underneath. In the case of clear-coated paint (like most cars, really), it also removes the top layer to make it as transparent as it was when it was new, revealing the color of the paint underneath clearly. Wax is a protectant that you apply on top of your paint or clearcoat when you're done polishing to keep it looking fresh.

Ive been thinking about changing my detailing routine and products and after alot of reading i have come up with something like this: I decided id like to use a very non abrasive polish, meant for new or like new paint...along with a synthetic wax and a carnuba wax. Not sure exactly what polish fits this mold the best (be it zaino, wolfgang, etc), so i was wondering if anyone can make a suggestion on that... And then im not sure if i should apply the carnuba wax before or after the synthetic wax.
I think i want to use p21s carnuba wax (i hear its the best), and meguiars NXT tech wax as the synthetic wax. But again im not sure what polish would be best.
any help would be appriciated..

I don't think you would need to use both a synthetic and a carnuba wax. Unless you really want to. But I would suggest the synthetic wax just as I would suggest synthetic oil. It was made specifically for this one thing, and not dug up out of the ground or whatever, and made to work.
I'll be ordering a Zaino kit shortly, right after I get my car buffed.
