Paint job software
I just want to know if there is a computer software, where i can get ideas what color to paint my car and what designs i want to put on there.

photoshop is all i can suggest.
Heres what I was doing for a guy over at "Pro-Touring G-machines".
He wanted a 3 tone paint job and told me the colours, so i just whipped up some quick crap for him. Keep in mind these didnt take too long and you can do much better, intricate stuff.
