Pic: 82 Camaro pace car with 23 miles

Went to a car show in Dublin, OH the other day and they had a Pace Car section and saw this Camaro with only 23 miles on the odometer. Seems like I've seen it on the boards before...

Sorry, best pic I could get, all I had on me was my camera phone. I have a few other shots but having trouble sending them to my e-mail account (I think it's because of my location in the building here at work)

What's odd is the front plate is different on both cars. Also, one show was in Ohio and the other show was in Colorado. I doubt it's the same car.
