I want to get my aluminum rims polished.....

I want them to be polished to almost a chrome like lustre,I saw a pic of them in another thread like this,I have the 16" by 8" 88-up IROC Rims off an 89 IROC,I do not want to ship them to california,I live in southern maryland,do you have to take the tires off,has anyone had this done and have pics???How much was it??Anyone polish them in southern maryland???

I am only seventeen and this is my third car(and second camaro)...former owner of 88 RED HARDTOP WITH IROC HOOD TAILLIGHTS..RIP....Long live the EIGHTIES!!!

Mine are polished. If you do it yourself just take your time and make sure when you sand them they are smooth as can be. start with like a 300 grit. work your way upto 1500 or 2000. gradually step up depending on your opinion on what you need. I did my last set myself by hand. would be easier with a dremal.

Use mother polish to polish them.

Or pay $350 like I did to have these ones done. look just as good as chrome.
