The LAST VIDEO of my Z28.. EVER...... Enjoy fellas...................................

http://picapic.net/media/Z9Q474

Well, if most of you didnt know I sold my 1991 Z28 (to camaroz29 on these boards) and moved on to bigger and better things.

a VIPER

I have owned 5 thirdgen camaros.

1) 1985 berlinetta (totalled)
2) 1991 RS (sold)
3) 1991 Z28 (totalled)
4) 1991 Z28 (totalled)
5) 1991 Z28

My last one and the one on the video has these mods:

ZZ4 crate motor (355HP 405TQ)
T56 6 speed tranny
Hooker long tube headers
SLP Loudmouth - no cats
4th gen rear
Spohn torque arm/crossmember
holley stealth ram
2000 corvette wheels

and much much more!!!

I found my old harddrive and some video of some crazy stuff I have done in it.

The first half of the video is the camaro, the the rest of it is a shot of my viper at a friends house with some other vipers, the rest of the video is my friend's 350Z driving around ( he made the video hense why its not just about the camaro)

Anyways, I would like to say I loved all of my thirdgens, These boards rock... Not sure if i will be back again, but for now im going to toy around with my viper...

long live my 1991 Z28!!! you better take good car of it nathan! lol

ENJOY!!

PS: dont give me any **** about how I drive, Its just a car, have some fun and dont be a buncha pansies. work hard and good things come to you.

No wonder the tires are bald! LOL I don't think I'll be doing anything like that anytime soon. It's almost time for her to go to sleep for the winter anyway, NY sucks like that.

A lot of people on this board talked **** on the exhaust and called it "r1cer" for sounding faster than it was.

After a couple months the car exhaust note dropped alot and started to sound meaner. When i first put it on it was a little higher pitch and backfired alot more, Now it sounds just plain insane.

Um... based on the fate of 3 of your previous cars is there a 40% chance the Viper will see the end of the next summer?

~ducks and runs~

Seriusly though, please don't drive that Viper in a foolish manner. All of our cars are oversizd weapons if we allow them to be.

/end Dad mode.

My neighbors already hate me since I got this car as it is. The neighbor has a V6 96 Mustang and hangs his head real low, but an old guy down the street is cool, he has a 99 SS vert.

lol i dont own it anymore! so hopefully its safe!

If it counts, None of the accidents I have ever been in were my fault? I did however drive my previous camaros rather hard.

My last one i babied(besides that one day), I put too much money into it to mess it up. That and i never even drove it, it sat in my garage 99% of my life.

Are you 17 years old? I'm sorry, I was involved in a thread earlier this week where we were discussing who of us had saved a third gen and here you are having totalled 3.

I'll get over it.

How did you manage to total two 91Z28s?
Glad your're OK.
Since there was only 12452 91 Z28 produced, that makes my 91Z28 more rare. lol

oh yeah zz4 rules, best bang for your buck.
lets see how did i total them.

1) 84 berlinetta camaro - first time driving rear wheel drive in rain, spun into gaurd rail. then sold it to my friend. the first time he drove the car, the first turn he made... he spun out into another car.. again his first rear wheel drive car lol

2) 1991 RS - was going 115 MPH and hit a big bucket in the middle of the road, i thoguht it was a piece of paper and it came up to fast. I didnt wreck it but it put some good damage on there

3) 1991 z28 - was turning going like 15 mph in some dirt road and it just wouldnt turn, went up a curb and bent axle... no real damage but they totalled it

4) 1991 z28 - was going like 60 mph, some idiot was in right lane with his right blinker on then at the last second he went to turn LEFT!. i was going straight at him 60 mph.. so i swerved and saved his life, and hit a curb and spun it around into a fence.

theres my life story of camaro thirdgen accidents

Thirdgens and F bodies overall are pretty rare up here, it is pretty much import land up here, some of the worst stuff I've ever seen too. I wish there were more NY members.

If only you knew the half of it. www.laughatrice.com, there is more stuff in 1 parking lot at the college I work at then on that whole site. EVERY car has at least a fartpipe. I only know one guy here with a thirdgen, and he is selling it. A 84Z with a big block.

lol hey the viper will never be my z28, but ive had 5 thirdgens it was time for a change, the only thing i could settle for some something insane like a viper, so thats what i did

finally selling it? i had that thing up for like 1-2 weeks for sale and nathan jumped right on it, he sent a deposit right away and i worked with him until he could get the rest. better to see it go to a good home then to someone who will just abuse it.

nothing wrong with 12k assuming the body was straight and the car was overall good condition the value of the parts more then exceeds that price.

it doesn't matter but there were several posts with your car for sale and the last one that you had personally posted it in.

You know how it usually goes in the classifieds. Whenever someone asks for anywhere near 10k for an ultra clean car, 10 people go in the thread saying they'll never get it. Jason's thread never got invaded like that though.

my buddy picked up a 2005 for 63,000 and that thing is a dream, my brother in law has a 99 and it's not very nice. still much nicer then the 1st few years though. those cars had quite a few issues.

12k isant all that bad if the car was mint in and out...the engine and tranny alone sound almost worth it to me...the paint looks good not sure how the body actually is like kandied said.

Just think of it this way would you rather have this or a newer 20k sports car? Your car is faster, better looking, low miles and ill give it reliability...it prolly handles better then a lot. Its worth it in my opinion.

the only way to build that car and match it in price would be to do ALL of the work yourself and get a smoking deal on the parts. wether or not it's a deal will be in the eye of the beholder, no matter what he got his moneys worth for sure.

Of course it is to me as well, but a lot of people will disagree. I would have paid 12500 for the 2001 Z28 I was looking at, this way I got an all around better car for cheaper. I was torn between something fast (LS1 Z28) or getting a "cheap" thirdgen (my alltime favorite) and putting $$$$$$ into it. Then I saw his car, and that was that.
