Will be painting soon, prepping question:

When i was getting an estimate i was offered adhesion sanding or a 3 step full body sanding. The $ difference is 100 bucks. Would it be worth it? Basically he said they sand the whole car for adhesion, go over it again, and end with a fairly light grit sand paper to give a perfect adhesion surface. Ideas?

I think I'd go with the full body sanding. That way you NEVER have to worry about flaking, because if they just paint over the old stuff, when it decides to flake, so does the new stuff.
