Wet sanded and buffed (by hand) with white rouge or mothers alum polish. The runners and plenum was done with a wheel though.

Simply AMAZING!
Going through this... I just kept saying over and over again.... WOW!
My favorite would be the blown camaro. Who doesn't like to get blown.
I'd love to have that set-up in mine.
About 15 years ago... a guy who built a motor for me said... I need a full blown engine... I'm too hard on the high compression engines. don't know what he meant by that.
At the time I had a 10.5 compression engine and he said I'd have longer life with a 8.5 with a blower on top. But I just love hearing the Whirr of that blower. Add the blower blow by or pressure release and I'm in heaven.
Just wish I had the money to afford something like that.
Or at least get the chance to ride in one one day.
Keep in mind I know nothing about full blown engines, so my data could very well be VERY wrong.
Some VERY VERY nice rides in this thread!
i'll have to post a few pics of my Vert when it gets out of the body shop.

Well, what my car needs is what it will be getting in the spring - the engine bay repainted and cleaned up - but that yellow camaro - just an awesome looking car!!!
But thanks for the compliments - i couldn't disagree that it is one of the nicest on this board - at least top 5 anyways

crazyhawaiian...why did you go with those perticular wheels? they weigh a frickin ton! they look really good, i'll give you that, but on your drifting/autocross car i figured you'd want to go with something lighter...
92lpeb4c, absolutely stunning! you don't see many other wheels on these cars but variations of 5 spokes....the 6 spokes are out of this world! only one thing i might change is putting the RS badges back on it...come on man, it's a frickin B4C!!!

Wow...
This just became my favorite thread. Awesome cars, keep 'em coming please.
Mine isn't quite 'after' enough to post up a comparison yet. Unless you want to see my amazing Talon transformation, that is.
I've just decided that I NEED some deep wheels now, vs. the early C5's I have on there.

Yeah, I agree with you man. I personally hope the before and after pics keep coming. I hope one day these cars loose the white trash hickmobile reputation.

Before:

I wish I had "before" pics of my interior. It was even worse than the outside. Unfortunately, since these are scanned polaroids, none of them really show just how bad the car was.
After:

I'm in the process of overhauling the interior, so it should look significantly better this spring. It looks good in the pics, but in person, the carpet, door panels, and grey plastic are still pretty nasty.

Heres a before and after of my former GTA (now belongs to 85camaroz28) doesnt look like a huge transformation but the car wasnt in too great shape when i got it, and I did a bit considering i was 17/18 at the time.
Before:
(paint doesnt look too bad in the pic but it was pretty (what was left of it)
After: Car was budget built since i was in highschool. I did the body/prep work myself and had someone paint it. I got the rims for a very cheap (took me a while to find them tho)

Stitchop, thanks for the compliment. Ya I did, the body the car actually uses is from the white car in the link, the front fenders, doors and nose are from the gray camaro that was wrecked backwards into a poll at a little over 70mph. The hood and wing are fiberglass. I did all the bodywork including primer, just not the final color coat. Any other questions just give me a pm.
