Best easy to touch up black paint ??

Need it for bottom gfx and headlight pockets. Bumper black comes in mind, but does anyone have any other ideas ?
Body color is the teal metallic, RS grill but I got an Iroc grill in standby.

Bottom part of bumper gets scratched up a lot, some parts of San Diego is like San Fransisco.

Have you tried approaching these bad spots at an angle? Slow down and take your time I would hate to see you settle with having to keep touching up and have the gfx be an off color. Unless that's the look you want?

An off color is what I'm looking for. I've seen satin or almost flat black work with the old style metallic light sage green. Besides the car will eventually be repainted and I want something that will stand out nicely against a better teal metallic (than what I have now).
