i've done a lot of searching on this, and there is tons of info out there on this, but all the info is the proper way of doing it. I'm looking for a quick way to get a better mirror like finish back...
what I'm working with is a set of weathered polished aluminum wheels. In the sun they still shine a bit, but are still pretty dull or foggy. I don't think it would take much to get them back to shine, because i bought some mother's mag polish and did a few spokes, but it was like 6 bucks just to get 2 spokes done. and alot of elbow grease...my arm would be dead after all the wheels at that pace...
what I need to know is an exact type of polishing compound that I can run and get, and exactly how to apply it (by hand, buffer, etc)...
I'm not trying to get a show quaility finish, i just want them to shine better so they look good when i sell them on ebay...
thanks..
