Need a little help with wheels

First OK, I F**ked up. I was at the local junk yard and found an old T/A with some decent wheels still on it and at $25.00 I bought em. Problem is I get them back to the house and find out there only 3.5" offset which means either I put some damn skinny tires on them or take them back.
Today I took them back and it's "exchange only", "no cash refunds".
So what now? Nothing evenly remotly close to decent rims that'll fit, trade for parts?
Use the wheels anyway? Throw a brick thru their window and call it even? Really need some advise. Thanks
