Hey I was just wondering how you like your ram air 2 hood. I was thinking about getting one and I don't want to purchase something that expensive and then not be fully satisfied. Did you have any problems with it? How long did it take to get to your house? And I already know it looks great, so I won't even bother asking that! Thanks for any info.

Hey 350 - sorry it took so long for a reply but I had to do my yearly slick and reinstall of my hard drive.
I like my hood a lot! I had one little three inch or so "dimple" that I had to smooth and it took some shims to sit right, but other than that I like it a bunch. I mean really, if you bought any hood it might take a bit of shimming or smoothing. Some guys have been really unhappy with their Ram Air II hoods, spending $1000 to make it look "good" - now call me goofy but if it looks that bad to you when you get it - refuse it and make the company take it back. Take a bunch of pictures of the quality problems and force them to take it back - that goes with anything pretty much.
Anyway, it's your call - I like it.
The less people that have it, the more unique my car is...
