Free yearone catalogs

I just went to their site, and ordered a free catalog for 82 and up camaro's. Soooo.. if anyone wants one, nows the time to get it. I need some interior parts and wasn't sure who else would have them, well besides the junk yard.

i've had a year one catalog for over a year, and the only thing i have ever ordered from them was new carpet and floor mats for my Z28....BAD experience with them

not even 8 months after the carpet was installed it went from GREY to a blue-ish teal color, the parts under the floor mats stayed grey, and the floor mats themselves turned blue-ish teal also...i dont know what caused this, maybe the sun, but i know for a fact that if you're going to pay $250+ on carpet products it had better last longer than 8 months. i was exremely dissapointed with their product, and i emailed them and they eventually gave in and sent me a new carpet mold, however i haven't gotten new floor mats. they claim that the carpet is not under warranty after it's installed, i'm thinking to myself, "oh ok, so it's under warranty as long as i dont put it in my car...cool..."

That's because they sell ACC carpet just like almost everybody else. ACC carpet is not warranteed against fading.

When you're ready to replace your carpet, PM me. I just picked up carpet that's a LOT nicer than the ACC stuff and it costs way less than Year One charges for their carpet.

Can you let us in on your secret? I've heard alot of horror stories about ACC, and a few good ones. But I think Id rather find something out there that will work instead of might or might not.I need to replace my carpet but it wont be for a few months yet so I was just wondering who makes this carpet that you're talking about.

It's no secret, it's a different manufacturer. I don't want to chat business here so email me or IM Jim85IROC.

Best thing about year one is that you can see what is out there because they offer a fairly wide selection of different parts for our cars. They are NOT cheap though, so pick what you want, then go surfing.

I've had the catalog forever and haven't ordered anything out of it. First of all the catalog is totally 4th gen biased. Most of the parts offered are 4th gen/lt1/ls1 parts. Second of all, nearly everything in the cat has jacked up prices compared to other distibuters. The real performance parts, (Holley, SLP, Edelbrock) all cost $40-$100 compared to other places. An then the affordable parts are no-name parts. Again, I'm echoing this, it's great to look through to see what's out there but don't oreder from them. Oh, and wonderful bathroom reading material.
