My 82 firebird needs a new paint job. What paint schemes do you guys think would look good? What colors do you guys think would look good? It has a beige interior, if that makes any differance. I think black would look cool, but I want your opinion. Thanks.

 

i'm a real fan of the old school look. i would go black with a big gold bird on the hood, some GTA ground effects and gold honeycomb GTA rims. that would be pretty. if you didnt have a beige interior you could go red with a silver hood bird, or white with a blue hood bird just like the old TAs. get creative!!

 

I have thought about that look and I like it also. The current rims on the car are gold snowflake rims. I think I would really like the all black with a gold bird on the hood. Any other suggestions?

 

Just depends on the kida cash you want to spend. I think that almost all 82 firebirds have the same color interior excluding ta's.
I have my 82 firebird painted white with black stripes in a fading v shape down the hood black mirrors and black spoiler. it looks sweet. I would recomend white unless your 82 is in excellent shape, white hides almost all of the imperfections. Gl
