Hello, I am planning to repaint my car (the same color) and I was wondering if there was a code in the car or something to find out exactly what color my car is.

I have a 92 RS that is green but i dont want to mismatch anything heh.

If it's a factory color, the paint code will be on the SPID label, along with the RPO codes.

And you can find that either in your center console or trunk glove box.

By the way, I believe your car is "Polo Green". But don't quote me on that.

Yes, I found it and looked it up on the internet and my code is WA-L9539 which does equal polo green. Thanks for everyones help

Good choice on the color. I wish i still had mine. So many people would comment on the color at gas stations and stuff. Plus, i never got sick of it in 6 years. I think I'm already sick of red.
