Some form of bumper guard needed. Any ideas?
Six months after rattle canning the front lower fascia I noticed a developing area along the entires length of the front lip where its been scraped back down to grey plastic.
I had an idea about cutting sheet aluminum and rolling the front edge slightly and attaching it with rivets to the underside of the fascia.
I know they have them for vettes.
Anyone found a 'cure' for this problem?

I'd think a peice of aluminum would look more tacky than a scratched front lip.
Just get into the habit of approaching driveways and dips at about a 45 degree angle and you'll prevent the issue. I can't remember the last time I hit the front lip on anything..
