Anyone know this car/owner?

http://media.putfile.com/T-REX

This car just sounds like pure sex to me. Nice little lope to it and it revs up and down very, very quickly. I want.

Is the owner a member of this site? I'm really curious on the motor/cam specs and exhaust configuration.

The owner goes by the name of "thirdgen-92" but I'm not 100% sure he's a member of this forum. He may have posted pic's of his ride at one point or another on this forum (his car does look very familiar ) but again, I can't say for sure. What I do know is that it's a black '92 RS with an LS1 conversion (formerly a 383/HSR if I remember correctly) . He's running a set of longtube headers and 3" cat back. (Though I don't know what brand).

Pretty nice car.

Here's another video: http://media.putfile.com/T-REX-61

and here are a few pic's...

ah yes I remember that thread.. it is indeed a nice car.

I had hopes it was running a 'regular' sbc.. that way I may have perhaps tried to emulate it so I could have such a quick revving engine. Mabey I should ditch my 355 and go LS1

Maybe it has something to do with the exhaust? I myself have never heard an LS1 with an exhaust rev down so quickly. The car does sound great though.

That Ls1 does sound pretty mean.

"Mabey I should ditch my 355 and go LS1 "
Shure I'll take your 355.
