Hood Opinions

Alright so I know this is a matter of opinion here. I wont hold anyone by the ***** if they happen to not like something.

Im currently in the market for a hood to put on me '92 RS. I'm either going to get an IROC-Z hood or a Turbo Daytona Hood. I personally like the Turbo hood. But there are some angles they just dont look right to me. The IROC hood would look great no matter what. But since I am getting a really sweet deal on a Turbo hood I think I should go that route. I am asking for some pictures of the Turbo daytona hood on a Camaro and some opinions.

I have the Turbo on my '86 and I like it because it is the star part on the car. I considered putting it on my 92 but thought it would make the car too "busy" with the Hi-Rise and sweet ground effects. I thought it would take away from them. But still it is a great hood and a attention getter. I love the IROC Z hood as well. You can't go wrong with either one but just study the lines you want.

The Iroc Turbo hood is lame, too flashy and pointless. Just my humble oppinion.

And that is why they make many different type hoods because as humans we all have different taste and opinions.

One man's trash is another man's treasure.

I like it cause its original. You dont see a ford or a dodge with one. They are just a third gen camaro hood. You dont see that too often with aftermarket hoods. Plus it also kinda keeps with the stock look with the louvers which I like. The hood would have been cool imo if it came on a Iroc from the factory. But like I said thats just my opinion.

Decisions... decisions...

So hard to choose. I found a guy selling a Turbo hood and a regular IROC-Z hood for the same price. So I'm really trying to figure out which way to go. Because I am also going with a Notchback hatch. So I wanna make the right chioce.
