I need some feedback on how to fix my rims

Engine: 2004 LQ4
Transmission: T-5 WC
Axle/Gears: 3.42
I need some feedback on how to fix my rims
The clearcoat is pretty much toast. The other 3 rims don't look as bad, but I have sanded it down quite a bit. Would it be okay to just paint it with the clearcoat? or should I sand it down to bare aluminum, and start over? Mind you these aren't staying on my car, I'm restoring a set of single line Iroc-Z rims, and selling these.
Oh, and I forgot to mention, I don't really care if it looks OK from 5 feet away, it's not going into AutoRama or any carshows so if it looks hack, it's ok. Here's a pic of my problem-
