Hey all, I have been trying to come up with a paint job for my 86 Z28. I love the head light buckets black and the hood louvers. I have thought about getting the Daytona iroc hood and the hawks 5 inch spoiler. Only thing is i really love racing stripes. i am not sure i might go with maroon or like camaroguy18's car and go candy apple red or tangerine candy. but im weird and i like the racing stripes to go all the way down the bumper on the front and stop on the back of the spoiler on the back. Although if i can see some ideas mabye i may find a better set up. The problem is that i want black stripes on what ever color i choose and then with the stripes going all the way down the front with the black grille and head light buckets im afraid it will be too much black on the front. i have looked but i havn't seen any cars with this set up. This is where i need your help, i wanted to see what some of you have done with racing stripes and here any ideas that you may have.

 

I think the color you have now is awesome...put some black rally stripes on it and you're good to go!

 

I have fig. out what i am gonna do for a paint scheme and the body. Im going with red and 25th anaversary stripes basically with a few extras that you will later find out thanks for posting all of your stripe pics they helped out.

LOL no i bought it with the yellow nd i like the yellow i painted the head light buckets and the louvers but i am looking for a change. thanks man sry for the confusion lol -Matt
