Looks like a set of Foose rims to me. I'm not sure though. But I do like that strut tower brace. Adam :-)

If im not mistaken those are Boze wheels.
they look like ZE "Friction" wheels, made by Boze\
be ready to drop about 600 each

These rims really fit this car - my old notes show the owner said he had Nittos in 275 30 20s rear, 245 35 19s front. There are some other good pics of this car, and this owner's really done a good set-up with those wheels & tyres.
