Painting door locks

I need to paint my door locks. What type of paint is best for this? Just a regular acrylic enamle?

Engine: 355 mildly modified

Transmission: 700R4 fully modified

I'm going to do the same thing. I was just going to use the testors flat or semi gloss black paint and just brush it on since its small no one should notice. Or tape off around the door and spray it.

trim paint should give the closest match since that's what used anyway. It only comes in black though, so if you want anything else you'll have to look elsewhere
