Pick my new rims and win...a..dollar? ;)
Well, I had to hook you all SOMEHOW! I bet you all want that nice dollar!
Anyways, I have the cash for a nice set of rims and tires (since I NEED tires) and I would like some input on what to get. Show me pictures, give me links; show me what you think would look sweet on a 1992 Camaro RS. I'm looking for shiny chrome here, preferable 16 or 17 inch, maybe low profile tires...just give me some opinions, I'm all game! Oh, by the way, I'd like to limit this to about $1,200...so

ok if i had a 1992 RS, i would definately go with some ROH wheels. Twick91 has the ROH's and then he had them chromed. i think these are the nicest looking rims for an RS. they dont look so sharp on an IROC, but on an RS. man am i jealous.
anyways. do a search for Twick91-rims. and you will find a pic of his car.
https://www.thirdgen.org/messgboard/...ML/001656.html
go down the page and look for his car, and the name of his rims are the ROH ZS. and he has the 17x8 front and 17x9.5 back.

go stock, get'em chromed and it will really set your car off; not to mention you won't need new tires (unless you want) and the design spins really nice......I get complements everyday from people with custom rides to those with all generations of camaros and everyone likes them. If you do go with a true custom wheel get what you like, guaranteed that no two people will like it as much as you anyway.

Just to comment on the post about the TT2's towards the top - they come in way more sizes than those listed....all up to 20's for those who like that..
Here is a link to one pic of mine with 17x9.5's..

I like these wheels:
http://www.ozwheels.com/images/r19.jpeg
I don't know what they cost, but they look good. I also like the ZR1 wheels, there's just something about an 11" wide set of wheels on the back of a Camaro that looks bad

unfortanitly. OZ doesn't make any wheels that will fit a camaro...
i REALLY wanted the vila modular wheels, and called them. they said "none of our wheels will fit a camaro"
