Couple of questions...one about rust bullet.
I'm going to be using rust bullet in the engine bay and on the underside of the car etc....I'd like to put a black topcoat over it.
Has anyone ever put a topcoat on rust bullet? If so, what kind of paint did you use? or rather, what kind of paint did you wish you had used?
