Paint removal on Bumper covers/ gfx

Whats the best, and most time efficiant way for me to remove paint from the above mentioned bumper covers. I heard chemical removers can be bad... very bad.

yes, chemical strippers on these bumper covers are bad, m'kay. The porus material absorbs the stripper and doesn't allow the paint to dry correctly (if at all) once you shoot it. The best way to do it would be to block sand it, that's what I did on mine, took me an afternoon for both bumpers (the front one's kind of a pain, but nothing too difficult.

SEM makes a flexible parts stripper which works real good. It takes more effort than regular stripper, but you have to remember what type of parts you are using it on. Striping by sanding is always kind of dicey in my opinion because if you go all the way through the paint it is real easy to put huge marks in the plastic, and those are hard to get out. SEM also makes a flexible parts filler which is similar to body filler but for urethane parts.
