Ground Effects Problems!! Help!!!

I just went to junkyard to get some ground effects to put on my '86 Camaro.. my car is black, ground effects are a puke green... I need to know the best ways to sand them, and where to get those little "RS" emblems on them.. (the ones on them now are green and im not about to put them back on a black car!) Can someone help me with this?

You can buy the emblems at the dealership.

Hi CamaroChick,
I would not even bother with the RS symbols. It looks like you are going to have to paint the ground effects, so I would just bondo over the holes where the RS symbols were. This will make your car look much better! It would look original with no symbolization!

I looked at the price of the RS decals at the dealership near me... they are charging out the butt! I think I might go with the bondo after all...

If you fill in the holes it will give the car a nice clean look. I like that idea!

Another alternative would be to use the "CAMARO" emblems used on the 1988 Sport Coupe. They originally were produced in silver and gold. I do not know if these are still available because they were one year only, making them rather rare. The part number for the gold emblem is 10096302. I do not have a listing for the silver emblem.
