Hey i'm looking for the thin black molding that came on the 85 z28? other then the dealer is there a place where i can find them and i already searched for them at Classic Industries and could not find them there.

if you mean the moulding that goes along the center of the door length wise (like a bumper guard) try www.amesperf.com. They deal with pontiac, but the mouldings are the same.
In the Classic Industries catalog they are part #'s as follows:
door mouldings part# G1020 32.18 each
fender mouldings part# G9996 8.95 each
rear quarter mouldings part# G9996 8.95 each (same as the fender but you mount it with the point facing the rear)
