why cant I?
OK...i was looking into putting the 25th aniversary stripes on my 88(louvered hood) but the kit says i can't use it on a louverd hood. why? isn't it the same as a blister hood....just different inserts....kinda want to be different and think it would look cool.

well the stripes are supposed to go over the humps. They cant go over the louvers, but i dont see why you cant just cut that part out and use them anyways.

perhaps this will work...find ones for a non-z28 heritage car, an RS. then you'll have two solid stripes to start with and can cut out the hole for the louvres since they are a little bit smaller than the hood blisters.
