eagle 211 Vs. American Torq-thrust II

Are the Eagle rims as good as the american racing rims? Do the eagle 211 rims look as good as the torq-thrust 2's . A guy wants to sell me a set of new eagle 211's 17X8 for 850 shipped to my door. Is it worth it or should I pay 150 more and get the American racing rims

Thanks for the Info. Ill wait before I order anything. I will probably end up with some torq 2's just because everbody that has them, loves them. Is there a better place than wheels for less. They want 950 and shipping?

I called today about some ARE TTII wheels. I wanted 17X9.5 with 5.5" backspacing in the rear and 5.25" in the front. They didn't give me the price for what I wanted. Instead they gave me the price of two rear rims at 6.5" backspacing with some kind of offset. The front ones had to be custom made. For just the two back rims, it came out to just under $500 with my pep boys discount. That's even cheaper than Jeg's. Don't know about wheels for less though. Never heard of them, lol.

I used http://www.hotrodsusa.com for my TT II's and they are awesome to deal with!! I highly suggest checking them out. They also had the real good prices and delivered the custom built rims promptly!
