Those with cowl hoods I need your help
My stock hood right now hits my modified air box just a little, but I can still close the hood fine. I have been looking for some time about getting a new cervinis cowl induction hood. How much more clearance will I have with the cowl hood than my stocker?

Depends on which hood you get - they make 2 inch, 3 inch, 4 inch - some even make 6inch cowls.

i have a 3in daytona hood and theres plenty of room if i wanted to build a cai. but my buddys got a 4in metal cowl hood and the only thing that open is for the air cleaner
