Re: Anyone think this looks good?
I shortened the front overhang, but the hood shortening was behind the louvers. The fender curvature was also kept from the nose to just behind the hood louvers.
For years I've wanted to do this to the real thing.

I think it looks awesome but I'm biased haha! Seriously though that does look good with the shortened nose. It looks more compact.

Re: Anyone think this looks good?
at first i couldnt even see what you were talking about. the only reason i can even tell its not the same as the pic in bluezee' s post , is because of the white area in the photo. i think the car looks great just the way it is, and cutting it up for whatever reason is just too much work for really nothing, but if its what you want to do , go for it. it will be one of a kind

I actually love that shorter look. One of the reasons I probably won't get another late model Firebird is I hate how long the nose is (even though it still looks really cool).
Go for it Attila, I think it'd look really cool.

Re: Anyone think this looks good?
Well, thanks everyone. Love it or hate it beats bland neutrality, right?
I don't currently have a Camaro to cut and weld.
I did wonder what this might do to the aero, but it might reduce front weight slightly. At least move the weight slightly closer to the center of gravity. Should be great for car shows and drag races. Make people wonder if the car somehow looks subtly "off" somehow.
After I did this, I spent 4 times as long playing with a '91-'92 GTA, and couldn't find any change I liked.
