just bought a 92 rs with a 305. needs minor cosmetics and a paint job. apparently the last owner decided to armor all the dash and got a nice film of it all over the inside of my windshield i have washed it several times with Windex using newspaper, paper towels, and even a rag. but it still seems to stay on my windshield. any one know of any way to remove the armor all film?

 

Armor All comes off with Windex so it's not that or maybe it's clearcoat overspray/grime on the outside of the windshiled.
