the top one isnt that great, same as louvres. i REALLY like the bottom one. i've been thinking about a retro stipe theme like the first gens.. interesting. try putting a "bumble bee" stripe on it like the first gens..

I like the hockey stripe better than the bumblebee. How about clear side marker lenses inside the stripe with the engine size on the lens in a contrasting color decal. Or maybe a stripe colored decal over the lens with the engine size (350, 5.0, whatever) cut out so only the numbers show when you turn on the lights. I think this last one would work best with white stripes and clear lens, or gold stripes with yellow lens. Of course you would need to use a heavy enough material to stop light from shining through the decal.

I like the original stripes down the hood of course, but if it's not original...which it isn't...try bringin' them down all the way to the ground effects, viper GTS style. I've seen some pics that look awesome! Second, the hockey stripes are cool, but see if you can't bring 'em closer to the front, and maybe follow the contour of the nose a little more.

Maybe not!!!! Just throwin' out ideas!!!

I don't think the hockey stripes or bumblebee stripe look good on a third gen at all. It goes MUCH better on a first gen. So I'd go with choice number 1.

The hockey stripe one looks ok,just it isn't entirely correct. The stripe should also have pin stripes too and start before the side marker lamp and end even with the door handle.Just like what you did with the side marker put the engine size in between the start of stripe. What you did was close though.

k, more like this then? I "shaved" the turn signal, moved the stripe up a bit, extended it to the door handle and tried to match the curvature to the fender better. If you can't see the changes hit reload, I just replaced the file on my server with the new one.

I think the bumble bee stripe would look neat if it was done right. You know what I mean, no spray cans.
