finnaly got an actuall rolling shot...............ohh and my new wheels.

That shot would have been awesome had it included a bit more of the road under the front. I see how that would also have included more of the passenger side door of the vehicle from which the photo was taken however.

At a guess I would say that the lens was used at an aperture of 11-16, the lens at 18-24 mm setting and the photo was taken using a Canon digital rebel and shutter speed was 1/125'ish?

theres this one too, only picture i took myself as it is hard to take your own rolling shots, haha. thought it was a cool effect with the fire inside the building, tried to get it at the back of the car but this is the best i could do

^^^Speaking of Car Craft Summer Nationals this upcoming weekend, what are they planning on doing for the cruise on Saturday now that Porky's is gone and to my understanding they've basically been ruining University Ave. for light rail?

I was searching the other day to see what CC was planning for that, but I saw no mention of it.

I'm really disappointed Porky's closed, was *really* looking forward to taking the wife to CC and the cruise next year so she can really see how we Americans love our muscle cars.

Seriously considering those rims and the exact size. Look perfect in everyshot but the back. They look real.. fat. Is it like this in person also? Can you throw up any more pics of around the rear tires?

My friend and my brother took these last week in AZ.

 

I'll be honest with you way more work than should ever take place with something that costs as much as it does. I probably have over 30 hours into that hood between getting it square, smooth and flush as well as then making it fit the front end. However the worst and most disappointing part is last year it started to buckle and curl. after being on the car for almost 7 years.. had to resort to hood pins to level it out. love the look but what a pain..

 

Not sure what updates you would be looking for. the Car in that picture is no longer what the car looks like however to a non thirdgen lover it looks similar. different shade of candy red full rotisere restoration with a completely different suspension, interior, drivetrain all around. same wheels but larger. recaro's instead of corbeaus... that picture was for 2005 gm hightech cover. they could do another article on the changes alone.
