Blue magic makes some good carpet cleaning stuff. Tried it the other day... works very well.

Glass: GM Glass Cleaner. The best bar none. Works great when used along with newspaper (instead of paper towels or cloth rags). Remember, never use a glass cleaner with ammonia (like Windex) on the inside of factory tinted glass. It will cause the tinting to streak. Use 000 steel wool along with soap & water on the outside of your windows to remove waterspots (don't use on your side mirrors, they will scratch). WD-40 is a cheap and fairly easy way to remove decal adhesive from your glass (apply to towel and rub), and it cleans up pretty easy too.
Interior (upholstery and carpet): Off the shelf stuff like Woolite or Blue Magic in the spray cans works pretty good. Zep and other industrial brand products work better.
Interior (plastic): Hot water and dishwashing soap, but light on the soap. I use EagleOne tire dressing as my interior protectant on all plastic and rubber parts (except gauge and lens covers). I have used it on my '86 since new, and the interior still looks perfect.
Exterior (paint): Scotch-Brite pads really give a deep down cleaning
but only use them if you don't like shiny paint. Seriously though, use a quality car wash soap, not dishwashing soap (it will remove your wax). Old soft bristle toothbrushes are great for getting into cracks and crevices.
