Polished Underhood Aluminum Upkeep?

I am currently polishing my TPI intake runners and a lot of other misc. underhood parts. What do you all use or suggest for keeping the mirror shine going and to help prevent oxidation?

Is there a specific product to "seal" the polished parts or should I just do normal upkeep with my mothers aluminum polish....

Zoops Seal has been recommended time and time again, but I just wax mine like I would the paint, and that has been working well. I don't drive mine everyday, so not sure if that would change the results or not. Cheap to try for sure
