Have 85Z28 with some really old window tint. Tried the razor blade tech. It seems the window tint glue is so old that it just cracks the tint film into small chunks. The main problem is with my rear hatch due to the defrost lines? Does anyone know of an easier way to get the old tint off??

 

this was posted by someone else when i asked the same question.. his idea was to spray amonia on the tint and press some sort of sheet or something against it.. wait a little bit and then pull the old tint off onto that sheet. maybe he'll post here for u in more detail.
