Brembo Disc Brake Covers
You read that right. Disc brake covers. I was given a set as a joke and for the hell of it, I put them on the car. They go for about $20 a set on ebay. Im not promoting this product or receiving any type of compensation. Im not usually into custom mods such as this, and it was done more as entertainment. Lets see how long they last on my weekend driver.
these are the covers:

youll need this gasket stuff for the install. there are no clips or brackets. seems odd but it is what it is..

Re: Brembo Disc Brake Covers
I have a front and rear set. I already did the rears. It takes about 15 minutes a wheels plus cure time. At the least, I had time to clean out each wheel, lugs and inside rear of the rim.
Moving on..test fit your cover and look for contact on the rotor or wheel. you need one inch of space between the cover and wheel. there was plenty of room between mine. i did trim the inside edge for rotor room. see the bottom cover.

Put some gasket sealant on the inside cover that has the closest contact with the caliper. it seems like in the inside lip and outer edge. If your really going to do this, its not that hard to see where to use the sealant. Just use plenty to hold it and lock it on with a clamp for about 15 min.

while its setting, clean out your wheel, touch up the wheel well, play xbox..

Re: Brembo Disc Brake Covers
i let it set overnight with the wheels back on and in the morning i tried to pull them off and they held pretty good.
front wheel

rear wheel

they look good and were easy to install. i didnt have any issues the first day with driving at all. the rears are smaller and compliment the front. hey, at the worst, if one fell off it would break apart in the rim and not interfere with anything. then id take the other one and glue it to my 5 dollar walmart garage clock.
for $20 bucks, what the hell...
