Wheel Spacers

I have a 91 RS with BFG Radial T/A's RWL 235/60R15. I was wondering how would wheel spacers look on just the back? Both back and front? About how much spacing would look good? Sorry I cant get a photo right now. Digi cam is in florida with my mom

Please tell me you're not asking about making your wheels stick out past the wheel wells.

I am not sure, just probing the subject. my buddies 86 T/A has small daimeter (overall) wheels/tires. He has the rear ones sticking out from the body about 1.5-2". I think it looks bad *** ...just curious
