bird stain

I knw im notorious for b.s. post,Im sorry i have stopped this is not a joke..
My car's paint job is about 1-2 yrs old..I dont know only had it a few months.,.Anyways there is this dried up bird **** .that is flush with paint..i have usd warm water and softly scrubbed it,no luck..Is it to late?
Ir shoudl i try something else

Trying a claybar might make it smoother, but there is a chance the color is gone on that spot.

Well if was thinking maybe take a lil bit of thinner and try rub it out. There was crap once literally baked on my dads car that he never seen before. He rubbed it out with some thinner, and got rid of it. If not, just smooth it out with a claybar and hope for the best.

I've had a friend user thinner on his chevelle to remove it. He knew it wasn't good for it, but it didn't harm anything. He might have thinned out the clear coat a little, but not enough for it to be seen. Works, just not recommended.
