Saw this one in Moorpark a couple weeks ago. Didn't have time to go knock on the door, might try to soon to see if they're a member on here. There's a guy a couple blocks over from my new house who has an '86 T/A with an LT1.
Finally seen a 3rd Gen on my last day of vacation in Orlando. We were sitting in Burger King and my Wife says look over your shoulder and there it was.
1987 and for sale $2500

Well she sounds like a keeper! The wife that is....
Been seeing this 2.8 liter V6 round the block from my building in Miami Beach, FL lately. Paint's in decent shape, but looks like the rear latch needs repaired

Something about this car really speaks to me. Hardtop, faded factory looking paint, mismatched but straight panels, stance, wheels, etc.
Out of curiosity, where in Canada are you from? I always have a soft spot for a banshee nose Firebird with a big motor
Nova Scotia, originally from Quebec. Sometimes I wish I was born in SC, NC, or Tennessee, the land of motorsports. I am mixed up about the banshee nose. Some days I think it's awesome, some other days I find it out of place. It's a weird relationship lol. It's been going on for more than 18 years now! It was really audacious from GM to pull that stunt. It's almost like a futuristic look on an older 80's design. Like midlife crisis hahah. Post some pictures of your cars in your profile. Cheers.
Saw some fresh eye candy for y’all today while picking my kids up from school. 89-90 Gunmetal GTA. Looked super clean, and as it was pulling out I noticed it had an SLP TOTL exhaust correct for that year. Made me wonder what other SLP parts may have been on it. Drooled, and instantly wanted it. Also looked like a female driving it, bonus!!

I'm in Ontario, and every time I look at a "rust free" car just to find that it's completely rotten, it reminds me of how badly I wish I lived in the south! I think every Eastern Canadian car lover feels like that Here are a few pics of the cars too. Unfortunately I just sold the last of the fleet last week, but I'll be hunting hard for another third gen in the spring
Also since we're on the topic of gunmetal GTA's, here's one that I came across while looking at a totally separate car for sale. I saw the tail lights poking out of the sellers garage and basically demanded he show it to me. It's a 5 speed with 100,000km

Damn that looks identical to the one I saw! Lol. Didn’t get close enough to see the VIN or trans but I tell ya if I see it again I’m gonna walk up to it!!

It was about a month or so ago but I'm not sure if it's still available. He was asking 10K CAD which was absolutely worth it. The car was spotless except for some paint beginning to fade on the hood and roof.

In Kadena, Okinawa and found this in the lemon lot. Didn't see any paperwork on it and hasn't moved in the month I've been here. Honestly can't tell if it's a Firebird or Camaro. Most of the outside stuff is Pontiac with the exception of the taillights. The interior has Z28 badging. Looks like it's been here awhile. Rust is becoming an issue.

If thats who i think it is that car originally was a white camaro. The owner also has a black kitt that is supercharged and a teal 92 RS. Hes military but on FB i think he went by the name "Iroc Knight" but i cant remember. its been a long time since we last spoke. But that car was shipped from the states with all the parts to convert it back if he wanted to.

that was my car. it was a Knight Rider KARR built from an 88 IROC Z Camaro. I sold it back in May. it's currently sitting at the Kadena dorms where the new owner has it. we will be putting it back on the road soon
so.... the story on this was that i purchased the IROC for $300 with a blown motor. i had a 91 GTA Trans Am that was rotted out from the inside but ran fine. i basically migrated all my TA parts over to it, then later did the Knight Rider conversion.
oh my god, that's clean and i see lots of goodies i would love....im from kw area of ontario.i really think you do want to get rid of this to me immediately
