On the polls... what about..
One for black camaros only (since alot of them are black)
followed by another poll of non-black ones.
Then mix the two in one poll to find out what is the best looking camaro?
Then if we wanted I guess we could end it with a Firebird/Camaro poll together?
Sound good to everyone or not?

I like Chevy Ken's car. Definately top 5. Then there's Mr. Iroc z's. Blue 502's car is nice. Any 86 IROC is good. This is going to be a hard one to figure out.
Are we judging these cars on an overall scale or by just appearance, since this is an appearance board?
I probably wont win with my Camaro cause there's too much competition but here's my GTA, maybe it will get a few votes?

Hi Borla,
Thanks for those kind words on my car.
Yeah, I am always over in that shopping center because my friends and I always like to meet up at that Star Bucks. Maybe we can meet up next time? Maybe I have seen your car? Do you know any of those 4th gen guys that hang out there?
Anyway, if you see me next time, gimme a shout.

Love the wheels... don't love the prices though. Lot of 4th gen cars use them.. The black with polished liped ones they sell are nice as well.

Z38HO.............nice effin car!!!!! I love those Fikse's!
I actually ordered a set of 18' Fikses last year...they were the cross laced ones.....i waited one month to get them......when they finally came.......I was in love with them.......although they cost me $4k!!!!!!!!
Anyway.....the tire store guy goes to put them on my car and the damn things don't fit!!!! Freakin Fiske ****ed me! We called them the next day and they said that there was nothing they could do! Z28HO...please tell me who your contact was in Fikse. I want to send them a pic of your car and tell them that this is how they are supposed to fit. I already have my 18' IROC rims but, I may just get those 18' Fikses afterall. The manager at Fikse called me and told me that they had made a mistake and thought my car was a fourth generation because he said, "WE DON'T make these rims for your year camaro!!!!!!!
Anyway.....what size are those and width.
Thanks
TOmmy

Tommy I won't say it wasn't a pain in the *** to get these wheels because it was. I had to do a lot of measuring and a lot of calling back and forth with the wheel engineers at fikse before coming up with the right offsets and they said once they build these for me I am stuck with them. I was required to take all my own measurments because they are right in telling you that they haven't made these for a 3rd gen F-body. Once I recieved the wheels I still had to do some customizing the wheels would not clear the front brake rotor hub I had to have the portion of the rotor that hold s the bearings cut down to size almost even with the size of the bearing cap. This was done becuase the opening in the center of the wheel was to small. I also had to have them custom make some center caps that would now clear the bearing because this part came out of the center of the wheel. In my measurement I had taken in to effect the backspacing for a custom brake kit I will be installing this year. So this requires me to run spacers front and rear temoprarily until I get my brakes installed. Sizes I went with are as follows 17x9" front and 17x10" rear. Althought these are the sizes I ordered every time I measure them I get 9.5" front and 10.5" rear so I am not complaining. These wheels retailed for 895.00 each for the front and 995.00 each for the rear. I am running BFgoodrich GForce TA KD's 275/40/17 front and a 285/40/17 rear for. For autocrossing/roadracing I switch to a KUMHO V700 victoracer 275/40/17 front and a 315/35/17 rear
I have a couple of contact for FIKSE wheels because the company I work for is a direct dealer for FIKSE. If you would like to contact me I would not mind helping you get the wheels. I also get very good pricing. I work at the HorsepowerStore in Plano,Texas. My number at work is 972-423-0190. I am there Mon,Wed, and Friday give me a shout sometime after 2 central time.

How about mine?
Will someone host a pic of my car? I have much better pics.
There's a small pic of it at
http://www.hawksthirdgenparts.com/gallery.html
It's the first pic on the third row down. Hawaiian Orchid with Silver Ground Effects.
Beautiful combo in my opinion.

Well, since IROCThe5.7L went and posted pics of my IROC for me already (Thanks by the way
), I spose I'll post a couple more pics & some pics of my GTA since there doesn't seem to be many pontiacs on this thread. The GTA isn't really done (or even clean) in these pics, but you'll get the point.
