cheap way out of painting

hey guys,
I posted before about spraypainting my car, well I did a small spot on my roof after I fixed a rust spot just so it did not start rusting again. it looks ok except where I messed up, totally my fault. I did a coat of primer, a coat of paint and 2 of clear. what is the point of having a shop do it if my car is a daily driver. I just want it to look ok from 10 feet away. also is there anything special I need to do to get the paint to stick to the bumpers?

I would just wetsand it, put a coat of clear on the paint, and then buff it or wax it

There is a spray product that I saw at Pep Boys that allows you to use regular paint on the flexy bumpers, don't recall its name, but look in the paints section of your local parts stores.
