I just wanted to say to onefine8t9. This is for the nicest firebird. But dont forget....A Trans Am is still a firebird just like a GTA is still a Trans AM. Its like saying a Mustang GT isnt a Mustang. Its just an option.
And to the guy who couldnt remember my car...Heres a pic of it in storage:

I agree with Ions. I'd take an Auto over a Manual anytime. U can Manually shift an auto if u feel like it too, and what about ratchet shifters. Better launches with an Auto, more consistent, and its always better to be able to concentrate more when driving and racing like u can with an Auto.
Theres also a reason why certain colors are produced and seen the most, they are the nicest and most liked.

ya i know that flyinlow but it would hav ebeen smarter to say who has the nicest firebird/trans am/gta/formula, u cant compare a firebird to a trans am or a trans am to a formula, they are the same but when trying to place a best its better to seperate, its hard to place a best when everyone likes something different
FlyinLow, your car is so sweet too, it is amazing how the quality of cars has improved here on thirdgen over the last couple of years. Love that garage shot, but looking at the pic, you might want to consider a drop kit

I actually do have f-body pics on the walls. I have a 30 ft long castrol banner with a 97 TA on it. And some poster sized 3rd gens. Mostly corvette pics though...I love them. And its not my garage...They are my shops (well my famly's)...currently inside is my car, my bro's 383 LT1 corvette, My other bros Covertible 92 Mustang GT, a Buddy's Turbo 91 5.0, a buddy's '83 Ferarri 308 and his 74 Vette with 18" wheels, a buddy's 94 Formula, a Lifted 4 runner, and bunch bunch of other toys.
Here's what they look like (well 2 of the 3 buildings):

i had an engine transplant.... originally 305 tpi, is that true about all having ws6 though ?
I have been suddenly reminded what a homo onefine really is. I read all the posts before i really looked at the pics but i was exspecting onefine's to look as good as what I was reading but actually all it was, was a bunch of BS built up by some 305TBI power antenea homo who thinks his $2,500 Home Depot spray paint job make his **** not stink and turns that beat red bird into a ZO6 like it aint no thing iam sorry but onefine you deserve to get booted off the island!!!

Since I cant vote for mine
I'll have to vote for Jon's beast... he has so much time and effort (money?
) into that thing, I wont be a bit surprised to see it in a magazine sometime after it is done
But, since everyone is posting pics of their cars, here are a couple of mine...

Roshambo, sorry I didn't get your car in there. You must have been out of town on the post below where we were deciding whos cars go into it and not. I wanted to, but there were others that were there at the moment so I figured I ought to pick them.
Has to be the worse thing about the 10 limit poll... I can't fit all the cars into it. Wait until we try the camaro poll. There is going to be alot of unhappy people... which is why I'm avoiding that one.
The way things are going though, it'd be a tough match against fyrbird and qwktrip.

I picked the like this.
Karps TA, moderator of the appearance board. Only seemed right.
SLP-GTA, very clean red GTA.
86FyrBrd, everyone knows this car... of course it was going to be listed.
ONEFINE8T9, he thought very highly of his car, no one said much about it in bad way other than 86Street, so I figured I should throw it in here.
FlyinLow89, one of my favorites, so it had to be in here as well.
QwkTrip, again, one of my favorites... love the wheels and the engine... might even like the hood when it has one. Good looking car in my opinion
Black_Widdow, again a very clean car
jobryan26, saw his car at the end of the post, thought it looked very good.
Zepher, seems to be well known on the board, and though his car needs a little paint, people liked him in the other post. So figured it'd be a good one.
ONEFORMULAOVERALL, again a clean car... plus the only white car.
Yes, Roshambo should have been here, also making the only blue car in the poll. In fact, a red car should have been left out since we had three of them. But wasn't sure which one, and didn't want to hurt anyones feelings.
I think we still need one or two camaro polls... then in the end we could do a Best thirdgen over all... between both camaros and firebirds, in which roshambo will be added?

Joe, something I've noticed is that pics don't do your car justice. I know you take awesome pics but your car looks way better in person.

Thanks Mike... and yeah, I think that sometimes too, Ive taken pictures of my car with 4 different cameras and it comes out looking a little different sometimes
Thanks for all the nice words everybody!
Ions91Z28 - No hard feelings man, with so many people on this board with just plain amazing cars it would be a little wierd to have mine picked anyways
And, I probably was out of town.. I was in California for a week

I missed a lot so it's hard to respond to it all. About the auto trans, I agree I would rather have an auto cause I drive it in the winter and stick in winter is no good. If I lived in California or Florida, I'd probably want stick. But then, I do love the 350
About black being "so common"- I think red is right up there with black. When I was looking for my first Camaro, I looked long and hard to find a black one for sale, and found 2. There were at least 6-8 red ones. After I bought the 92 RS, I kept looking for a black IROC with t-tops, and a year later I found one, after considering buying a red one (I found 2 red IROCs for sale in my area). Again, this is just my area. In your area, black IROCs might be all over
About trying to make a Camaro poll, how about a playoff of sorts. 2 seperate polls with 10 Camaros (Camaros doesn't mean just base Camaros) each. Then the top 5 from those two polls get combined into one poll. Just an idea.
And Ions, you sure do have ***** to pick 10 sweet Firebirds out of em all! It musta been tough. Nice job though.

You got it reveresed dude, sticks are way better in adverse conditions that auto's. You have much more control over your car in slick conditions with a stick. My GTA is much more civil in the rain now than it was when it had a slush box. (unless I want it to be un-ruly)
Roshambo
Roshambo, here is a pic of mine. It seems to be the not so evil twin to yours. Mine has cloth and no digital dash, but I love it anyway. I have not noticed any others like ours, we must be special. The pic below is the first one I saw of it. It was in the Auto Trader back in November.
